15 minutes' walk from Komtar. Very wonderful. 5 mins on foot from Living Room where we had dinner. Free WiFi worked well.

The location of the apartment which was nearby the town. The tight security accessing the apartment was good.
The interior of the apartment looked run down but the exterior was fine. The bathrooms were not very clean. Both apartment floor was very sticky & dusty when we check-in (upon request the floor was mopped) The swimming pool was also quite dirty (leaves, etc)

space lots of it, the pool is very nice,it was very clean. The staff were very helpful & lovely.
the position of the hotel, nothing with in walking distance. the kitchen has no equipment, the kettle we had to plug in the bedroom, we have teenage children and they did not like where it was. not recommened for short stay with teenages. I would say it would be a place to live long term but not for holiday

We stayed there for 8 nights at 11th floor: Good location (close to the city and places to eat, yet at a quiet surrounding), nice pool, staffs very friendly, apartment suitable for family with kitchen equipment, washing machine (you need to bring your own detergent).
Water preassure for the shower is weak. The trick is don't flush the toilet just before your shower as it takes time to fill up the toilet tank. Cleanliness is average (but i have to say i am very picky)

The room was fantastic ! it was just like how it looked in the website pictures. Thinking of coming to penang once again just to stay in this hotel ! awesome!!
The exterior of the hotel needs a little more maintainence. And the pool rules are too strict. Some people don't wear swimsuits, and it wasn't even stated in the hotel website that only those wearing swimsuits can get into the pool. Then if you stop us from getting into the pool for not following that particular rule, it's not worth paying you that much for the hotel . other than that, everything was just cool.

Not very comfortable. Old decor, traffic to get to the hotel was very busy, not a good view from the windows as there is a storage site just next to the hotel. Recommended to anyone who is on a budget, that just want to have a roof over their head.

It is not really a hotel but more of an apartment block with a couple of units for rent. Stayed in the suite really worth the amount we paid.
Not a serviced apartment

The central of anywhere you would want to go in Penang
Confusing roads. Perhaps it's the way Penang arranges its one way streets but it took me sometime to find the location of this road (minus a gps)

We had 5 adults & 2 children. Our children were quite enjoy in the apartment coz it is spacious. With the kitchen equipment, we don't need to go out early to look for our breakfast.
